Cancellation Policy

At Gocampify Explorers, we understand that plans can change, but we aim to be as flexible as possible while maintaining our ability to provide exceptional experiences. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  1. Cancellation Requests:
    • Cancellation requests must be made in writing to Gocampify at least 7 days prior to the event.
    • Gocampify reserves the right to accept or reject cancellation requests at its sole discretion.
  2. Cancellation Fees:
    • If Gocampify approves a cancellation request, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
  3. Hotel Reservations:
    • All hotel reservations require reconfirmation by the agent/customer at least one week prior to the date of check-in.
    • Gocampify does not take any responsibility to make any refund on deposit until the same has been received by us.
  4. Refunds:
    • Refunds, if any, will be made in Indian Rupees only in India before the departure at the end of the tour.
  5. Exceptions:
    • Gocampify is unable to take liability for commercial arrangements out of our control, such as natural disasters, industrial disputes, reasons of threat or war, riots, civil strife, terrorist activities, technical problems to the transport, extreme weather conditions, closure of airports and sea ports, and similar events out of our control, or are due to unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control.
  6. Liability:
    • Gocampify accepts liability for those arrangements for your holiday, which are wholly within our control and therefore accept liability to clients for the negligence of our employees.
  7. Disputes:
    • Any disputes between clients and Gocampify shall be governed by the jurisdiction of India.
  8. Passports & Visas:
    • To travel to India from overseas countries, except for the citizens of Nepal & Bhutan, one needs a 6-months valid passport and a valid Visa. Processing of Passport and Visa are not included in the tour cost.
  9. Early Check-in / Late Check-out:
    • Standard check-in/checkout time in most hotels is 12:00 PM (IST). Therefore, the cost of early check-in or late checkout is not included in the tour cost.
  10. Force Majeure:
    • Where the failures are due to unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond your control, or where the failures are due to an event which you or your supplier even with all due care could not foresee or foretell, Gocampify takes all reasonable steps in ensuring that the organization maintains standards and provides a service that is trouble-free.
