Our journey will commence from Rishikesh. The group will convene at the designated pickup point at 6:30 AM. We'll embark on a scenic 250 km drive, approximately taking 8-10 hours, to reach Lohajung.
Route: Rishikesh - Devprayag - Srinagar - Rudraprayag - Karnaprayag - Tharali - Dewal - Lohajung.
Upon arrival, we'll enjoy evening tea, snacks, dinner, and spend the night at a comfortable guest house in Lohajung.
Note: The pickup point is ISBT Rishikesh/Tapovan.
Early in the morning, we'll start our day with refreshing tea followed by a session of morning exercises. After breakfast, our trekking adventure will commence from Lohajung towards Bekaltal.
The trek will lead us through charming villages and dense forests, offering awe-inspiring views along the way. The trail will gradually ascend in a zigzag motion covering approximately 6km.
Upon reaching the campsite, a delicious hot lunch awaits us. After some rest, we'll indulge in campsite tea and snacks before embarking on a walk towards Bekaltal Lake.
In the evening, we'll enjoy tea, snacks, and dinner amidst the serene ambiance of the campsite. It's a night to remember under the starry sky at the campsite.
After breakfast, we'll embark on our trek towards Brahmatal from Bekaltal. The trek will take us through enchanting forests of Oak and Rhododendrons, eventually leading to vast meadows of Telandi.
As we descend from Jhandi Top to Brahmatal, we'll be treated to breathtaking vistas along the way. Upon reaching the campsite, a hearty lunch awaits, followed by a well-deserved rest.
In the evening, we'll take a leisurely walk from the Brahmatal campsite to Brahmatal Lake, soaking in the tranquility of the surroundings. Later, we'll gather for evening tea, snacks, and dinner, concluding the day with a memorable night stay at the campsite.
After breakfast, we'll embark on the trek to Brahmatal Top from the campsite. The trail involves a moderate to steep climb, covering a total distance of 4.5 km to reach the summit point at 12,400 ft.
Upon reaching the summit point, you'll be greeted by a breathtaking sunrise, with panoramic views of Himalayan peaks such as Mt. Trishul, Mt. Nanda Ghunti, Mt. Chaukhamba, and more.
After enjoying the majestic scenery, we'll descend back to the campsite. Lunch will be served upon arrival, followed by engaging activities around the campsite to unwind and rejuvenate.
As the day comes to a close, we'll gather for dinner at the campsite, ensuring a satisfying end to our adventurous day.
After breakfast, we'll begin our trek back to Lohajung. The initial 3 km will lead us to Jhandi Top, where we'll take a break and enjoy a packed lunch.
Continuing on our journey, we'll trek approximately 7 km downhill to reach Lohajung. Anticipate arriving around 4-5 pm, where we'll be welcomed with evening refreshments.
For the night, we'll settle in at a guest house in Lohajung, where dinner will be served, providing a comfortable and restful end to our trekking adventure.
We will depart from Lohajung to Rishikesh early in the morning around 6 am. The 250 km drive will take us via Karnaprayag, Devprayag, and Rudraprayag, with an expected arrival time around 6 pm. This marks the end of our tour.
